We grind stumps of all sizes from trees and other woody plants. Typical stump grinding depth is 6-8” below grade / ground level. Stump grinding debris will remain on site. We will rake debris up into a neat pile to fill the hole. There will be a mound of debris as the solid stump is ground up into small bits of wood chips.
Some clients recycle the debris on site by distributing them into mulch beds. Others may work with a landscape contractor to remove the debris and fill the hole with soil to reclaim the space where the stump once was.
